Pengaruh perceived knowledge diversity, psychological empowerment dan relationship conflict terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan Bank Sultra cabang Raha, Sulawesi Tenggara
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Knowledge Diversity, Psychological Empowerment, Relationship Conflict Terhadap Employee Well-Being pada karyawan Bank Sultra cabang Raha, Sulawesi Tenggara. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Perceived Knowledge Diversity, Psychological Empowerment, Relationship Conflict dan Employee Well-Being sebagai variabel terikat. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 53 karyawan melalui pengisian kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau sensus. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda.Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Knowledge Diversity dan Psychological Empowerment terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Well-Being sedangkan Relationship Conflict tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Well-Being
T This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Perceived Knowledge Diversity, Psychological Empowerment, Relationship Conflict on Employee Well-Being among employees of Bank Sultra, Raha, Southeast Sulawesi. This study uses Perceived Knowledge Diversity, Psychological Empowerment, Relationship Conflict as independent variable and Employee Well-Being as dependent variable. The data in this study were collected from 53 employees through filling out a questionnaire with saturated sample method or census technique. The hypothesis test used in this study is the analysis of Multiple RegressionThe results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate: Perceived Knowledge Diversity and Psychological Empowerment have a positive influence on Employee Well-Being, while Relationship Conflict has no effect on Employee Well-Being.
