Perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja umkm ivoire creative dengan pendekatan sustainable balanced scorecard
U UMKM Ivoire Creative menghadapi persaingan pasar yang ketat dari perusahaan yang memiliki usaha sejenis. Agar dapat bersaing dan mencapai visi nya UMKM Ivoire Creative perlu melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Ivoire Creative sampai saat ini belum memiliki model pengukuran kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang model dan mengukur kinerja UMKM Ivoire Creative dengan pendekatan Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC). Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisa faktor internal dan eksternal UMKM, analisa SWOT, menentukan tujuan strategis, merancang alignment strategy, perancangan peta strategi, menentukan KPI, dan pembobotan. Hasil pembobotan digunakan untuk pengukuran kinerja agar menghasilkan weighted score yang dijadikan tolak ukur kinerja UMKM. Terdapat lima perspektif pada hasil rancangan SBSC serta bobotnya yaitu; Finansial (0,22), Pelanggan (0,20), Proses Bisnis Internal (0,18), Pembelajaran & Pertumbuhan (0,19), Sustainability (0,21). Hasil pengukuran kinerja dari masing masing perspektif tersebut dikalikan dengan bobot setiap perspektif dan akumulasikan sehingga menghasilkan nilai kinerja UMKM sebesar 4,6 dengan kategori “Sangat Baikâ€. Namun Ivoire Creative masih memerlukan perbaikan kinerja pada Perspektif Pelanggan terutama Customer Acquisition dengan melakukan Market Penetration
I Ivoire Creative SMEs face intense market competition from companies that have similar businesses. In order to compete and achieve its vision, SMEs Ivoire Creative need to measure performance. The problems faced by SMEs Ivoire Creative so far do not have a performance measurement model. The purpose of this research is to design a model and measure the performance of Ivoire Creative SMEs with the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) approach. The stages of this research begin with analyzing internal and external factors of SMEs, SWOT analysis, determining strategic objectives, designing alignment strategies, designing strategic maps, determining KPIs, and weighting. The results of the weighting are used for performance measurement in order to produce a weighted score which is used as a benchmark for the performance of MSMEs. There are five perspectives on the results of the SBSC design and their weights, namely; Financial (0.22), Customer (0.20), Internal Business Process (0.18), Learning and Growth (0.19), Sustainability (0.21). The performance measurement results from each perspective are multiplied by the weight of each perspective and accumulated to produce a MSME performance value of 4,6 with the "Very Good" category. However, Ivoire Creative still requires performance improvements from the Customer Perspective, especially Customer Acquisition by conducting Market Penetration.
