P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organization Support Terhadap Work Engagement Pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Sukmul Sisma Medika. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan convinience sampling pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Sukmul Sisma Medika, sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perceived Organization Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement.

T This research aims to understand effect of Perceived Organization Support toward Work Engagement at Employee Hospital Sukmul Sisma Medika. Collection data methods used in this research is survey method distibution the instrument questionnaire. Technique selected sampel with convinience sampling with as many 50 employees in Hospital Sukmul Sisma Medika. Analyzed data method in this research used analysis linier regression version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: Perceived Organization Support can have positive effects and significant on Work Engagement.
