Pengaruh service quality, perceived value, storeatmosphere terhadap customer satisfaction danpurchase intention
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Store Atmosphere,Perceived Value, Service Quality, dan Customer Satisfaction terhadap PurchaseIntention. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secaraonline kepada individu yang memiliki pengalaman pembelian produk kopi di kedaikopi Janji Jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling, denganteknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linearberganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari Store Atmosphere, Perceived Value, ServiceQuality, dan Customer Satisfaction terhadap Purchase Intention.

This researchobtained data by distributing questionnaires online to individuals who had experiencepurchasing coffee products at the Janji Jiwa coffee shop. This research uses a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The sample usedin this research was 150 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linearregression analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results of this research show thatthere is a positive influence of Store Atmosphere, Perceived Value, Service Quality,and Customer Satisfaction on Purchase Intention.
