P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran job search self efficacy yang dimoderasi oleh self consciousness terhadap job search intention pada Generasi Z. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan dari 197 responden Generasi Z di Jakarta melalui metode purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa job search self efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job search intention, dengan moderasi self consciousness. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan pengembangan strategi rekrutmen dan karier yang lebih efektif.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of the role of job search self efficacy moderated by self consciousness on job search intention in Generation Z. With a quantitative approach, this research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The methods used in hypothesis testing are Structural Equation Model (SEM) and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected from 197 Generation Z respondents in Jakarta through purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing show that job search self efficacy has a significant positive effect on job search intention, with moderation of self consciousness. This research provides important implications for organizations in improving the development of more effective recruitment and career strategies.
