K Kemacetan yang terjadi tak lain disebabkan dari penambahan jumlah penduduknya. Kemacetan parah yang dialami di Jakarta menjadi alasan pemerintah akhirnya membangun Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek. meskipun LRT sudah menjadi upaya atas pengurangan kemacetan yang ada namun nyatanya jumlah penumpang belum mencapai target sehingga apa sebenarnya yang menjadi penentu atau pengaruh dalam keputusan masyarakat untuk menggunakan LRT Jabodebek sebagai moda transportasi umum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja pelayanan LRT Jabodebek khususnya pada rute Dukuh Atas - Harjamukti. Penelitian ini menerapkan analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis).Berdasarkan hasil pada diagram kartesius, dalam kuadran 2 adalah indikator yang perlu diperbaiki karena tingkat kepentingannya tinggi namun performanya rendah. Indikator yang perlu dimaksimalkan dan/atau diperbaiki guna meningkatkan kinerjanya ialah Ketersediaan angkutan umum dari asal atau tujuan ke stasiun, Jarak stasiun ke tempat asal maupun, Kapasitas bangku pada kereta, Waktu untuk menunggu kereta, Lama Perjalanan, Keterjangkauan Tarif LRT. Evaluasi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memastikan stasiun-stasiun LRT di masa depan dapat menarik lebih banyak pengguna, sehingga meningkatkan load factor pada LRT Jabodebek.

T The congestion that occurs is none other than due to the increase in the population. The severe congestion experienced in Jakarta led the government to finally build the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek. Although the LRT has been an effort to reduce the existing congestion, the number of passengers has not yet reached the target. So, what exactly determines or influences the public\\\'s decision to use LRT Jabodebek as a means of public transportation? The purpose of this research is to assess the importance and performance levels of LRT Jabodebek services, particularly on the Dukuh Atas - Harjamukti route. This research applies Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, in quadrant 2, there are indicators that need to be improved because their importance is high, but their performance is low. The indicators that need to be maximized and/or improved to enhance their performance are the availability of public transportation from the origin or destination to the station, the distance of the station to the origin, the seat capacity on the train, the waiting time for the train, travel time, and the affordability of the LRT fare. Further evaluation is needed to ensure that future LRT stations can attract more users, thereby increasing the load factor on the LRT Jabodebek.
