Pengaruh financial leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan millenial leadership sebagai variabel moderating (pada perusahaan consumer non cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020 - 2022)
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah financial leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Sebelumnya dilakukan pemilihan model regresi data panel yang terdiri dari uji chow, uji hausman dan uji larange multiplier lalu dilanjutkan setelah model terpilih dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa equity multiplier, fixed charge coverage ratio, degree of financial leverage, debt to EBITDA, capitalization ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan interest coverage ratio tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Millenial leadership memoderasi dan memperkuat equity multiplier, degree of financial leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Miillenial leadership tidak memoderasi interest coverage ratio, fixed charge coverage ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan millenial leadership memoderasi memperlemah capitalization ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah banyak perusahaan yang tidak menerbitkan laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan sehingga mengurangi jumlah sampel. Disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar memperluas sampel penelitian
T This research aims to find out whether financial leverage has an effect on company value in non-cyclicals consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Research data is in the form of secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. Previously, a panel data regression model was selected consisting of the Chow test, Hausman test and Larange multiplier test, then continued after the model was selected by carrying out a classic assumption test consisting of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The research results show that the equity multiplier, fixed charge coverage ratio, degree of financial leverage, debt to EBITDA, capitalization ratio have a positive and significant effect on company value and the interest coverage ratio does not have a negative and significant effect on company value, Millennial leadership moderates and strengthens the equity multiplier, degree of financial leverage on company value. Millennial leadership does not moderate the interest coverage ratio, fixed charge coverage ratio on company value. And millennial leadership moderates the weakening of the capitalization ratio to company value. A limitation in this research is that many companies do not publish financial reports and annual reports, thereby reducing the sample size. It is recommended for further research to expand the research sample.
