Anteseden dan konsekuensi work engagement pada karyawan tetap generasi z perusahaan e –commerce di dki jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Psychological Distress dan Congruent Internal Marketing terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement. Dimana variabel independent adalah Psychological Distress dan Congruent Internal Marketing, variabel dependent adalah Turnover Intention, dan variabel intervening adalah Work Engagement. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 380 karyawan tetap Generasi Z perusahaan e-commerce di DKI Jakarta, dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada software AMOS dimana prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Distress berpengaruh negatif terhadap Work Engagement, Congruent Internal Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Psychological Distress tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Congruent Internal Marketing berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Work Engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Work Engagement memediasi pengaruh antara Psychological Distress dan Congruent Internal Marketing terhadap Turnover Intention. Implikasi manajerial dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan untuk dapat terus berinovasi untuk memberikan ruang bagi karyawan untuk berkontribusi dengan ide-ide baru, mendukung kolaborasi dalam tim, serta memberikan fleksibilitas dalam jadwal kerja dan opsi kerja jarak jauh sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan Gen Z terhadap pekerjaan mereka sehingga karyawan merasa terikat dengan pekerjaannya dan setia terhadap perusahaan
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Psychological Distress and Congruent Internal Marketing on Work Engagement mediated by Work Engagement. The independent variables are Psychological Distress and Congruent Internal Marketing, the dependent variable is Work Engagement, and the intervening variable is Work Engagement. The sample size consists of 380 permanent employees of Generation Z in an e-commerce company in DKI Jakarta, using purposive sampling as the data collection technique. Testing was conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in the AMOS software, with data collection procedures employing a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Psychological Distress has a negative impact on Work Engagement, Congruent Internal Marketing has a positive impact on Work Engagement, Psychological Distress does not have a positive impact on Work Engagement, Congruent Internal Marketing has a negative impact on Work Engagement, Work Engagement has a negative impact on Work Engagement, and Work Engagement mediates the influence of Psychological Distress and Congruent Internal Marketing on Work Engagement. Managerial implications can be provided to the company to continue innovating, providing space for employees to contribute with new ideas, supporting collaboration within teams, and offering flexibility in work schedules and remote work options to enhance job satisfaction among Generation Z employees, fostering a sense of commitment and loyalty to the company.
