Pengaruh work from home dan job autonomy terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT .Kao Indonesia
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh work from home, job autonomy, terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh karyawan di PT. KAO Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sebanyak 150 sampel. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrument seperti uji validitas dan realibitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work from home dan job autonomy berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work from home dan job autonomy berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work from home dan job autonomy berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi bagi pihak manajemen dalam menjalankan work from home dapat memberikan penyediaan support teknologi dan memastikan karyawan untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan, karyawan diberikan job autonomy untuk lebih berkarya dalam pekerjannya, dan dibutuhkan organizational citizenship behavior untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengindentifikasi karyawan yang berkualitas dengan tingkat loyalitas yang tinggi sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dan karyawan memiliki job satisfaction
T This study aims to analyze the effect of work from home, job autonomy, on job satisfaction mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this study are primary data and collected by distributing questionnaires through g-forms filled in by employees at PT. KAO Indonesia. The sampling method used the census method of 150 samples. The data processing techniques used in this study were instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests and structural equation models (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that work from home and job autonomy has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work from home and job autonomy has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work from home and job autonomy has a positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. The implications for management in carrying out work from home can to provide technology support and ensure that employees maintain health, employees are given job autonomy to work more in their jobs, and organizational citizenship behavior is needed to help companies identify qualified employees with high levels of loyalty. high so that company goals can be achieved and employees have job satisfaction.
