D Dalam menumbuhkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang sangat besar lebih khususnya bagi negara-negara yang berkembang. Dampak yang berpengaruh positif dapat menggerakan roda perekonomian bangsa dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran yang ada di negara ini. Keberhasilan UMKM dalam persaingan usaha sangat bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen dalam merencanakan laba di masa depan. Untuk mengetahui Laporan Laba Rugi dari UMKM Lead Apparel, akan dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi kasus. Selanjutnya membuat perhitungan Buku Kas Sederhana, Biaya Bahan Baku Langsung, Biaya Tenaga Kerja Langsung, Biaya Overhead Varibel, Biaya Overhead Tetap, Harga Pokok Produksi serta Laporan Laba Rugi untuk mengetahui jumlah laba yang didapatkan dari UMKM Lead Apparel. Berdasarkan Buku Kas Lead Apparel diketahui pendapatan pada bulan maret 2023 sebesar Rp 65.255.000, dan pengeluaran pada bulan maret 2023 sebesar Rp14.441.250. Harga pokok produksi per pcs untuk jersey dan celana sebesar Rp 133.279. Pada laporan laba bersih, total penjualan sebesar Rp 25.255.000, dan harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp 19.705.833, maka dihasilkan laba kotor sebesar Rp 5.549.167, dikurangi dengan total beban Rp 242.780, sehingga menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar Rp 5.306.387.
I In growing the economic growth of the MSME community, it has a very large contribution, especially for developing countries. Impacts that have a positive effect can move the wheels of the nation's economy and reduce the number of unemployed in this country. The success of MSMEs in business competition is highly dependent on management's ability to plan future profits. To find out the Profit and Loss Report of UMKM Grow Apparel, it will be carried out using interviews, observations, and case studies. Then make simple cash book calculations, direct material costs, direct labor costs, variable overhead costs, fixed overhead costs, cost of production and profit and loss reports to find out the amount of profit earned from UMKM Grow Apparel. Based on the Lead Apparel Cash Book, it is known that income in March 2023 is IDR 65,255,000, and expenses in March 2023 are IDR 14,441,250. The cost of production per piece for jersey and pants is IDR 133,279. In the net profit report, total sales amounted to Rp. 25,255,000, and the cost of production was Rp. 19,705,833, resulting in a gross profit of Rp. 5,549,167, reduced by total expenses of Rp. 242,780, resulting in a net profit of Rp. 5,306,387.
