P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership style danorganization culture terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfactionsebagai variabel Mediasi pada PT Bank Mandiri unit Sme & Micro Risk Group.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total dari populasi denganjumlah 300 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan denganmetode structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLSversi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leadership style berpengaruhterhadap job satisfaction, organization culture berpengaruh terhadap jobsatisfaction, leadership style berpengaruh terhadap employee performance,organization culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, jobsatisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, job satisfactionmemediasi pengaruh leadership style secara positif terhadap employeeperformance, job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh organization culture secarapositif terhadap employee performance. Dari hasil penelitian, disarankanperusahaan dapat memperhatikan leadership style terutama komunikasi darimanajer terkait apa yang karyawan bisa dapat ketika berkinerja baik, kemudianperusahaan dapat memperhatikan organizational culture dengan menekankanfokus pada perasaan berbagi antar karyawan agar karyawan dapat berkalaborasidengan baik, perusahaan baiknnya menganalisis tentang gaji dan jumlah pekerjaanyang karyawan lakukan, karena sepantasnnya perusahaan harus memberiperhatian lebih di job workload untuk para karyawan, kemudian perusahaan dapatmelakukan pembahasan mengenai kuantitas kerja yang seimbang dengan jumlahkaryawan di unit kerja, keseimbangan jumlah karyawan pada suatu unit kerjapenting direview secara berkala oleh perusahaan agar dapat terjagannya employeeperformance dengan baik

T This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizationculture on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variableat PT Bank Mandiri's Sme & Micro Risk Group unit. The sample used in thisstudy is the total population with a total of 300 respondents using the censusmethod. used in this study are permanent employees. Hypothesis testing wascarried out using the structural equation model (SEM) method with the help ofSmartPLS version 3. The results showed that leadership style had an effect on jobsatisfaction, organization culture had an effect on job satisfaction, leadershipstyle had an effect on employee performance, and organization culture had noeffect on employee performance. , job satisfaction has an effect on employeeperformance, job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style positivelyon employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizationculture positively on employee performance. From the results of the study, it issuggested that companies pay attention to leadership style, especiallycommunication from managers regarding what employees can get when theyperform well, then companies can pay attention to organizational culture byemphasizing the focus on sharing feelings between employees so that employeescan collaborate well, the company should analyze salary and the amount of workthat employees do, because the company should pay more attention to the jobworkload for employees, then the company can discuss the quantity of work that isbalanced with the number of employees in the work unit, the balance of thenumber of employees in an important work unit is reviewed periodically bycompany in order to maintain good employee performance.
