P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara efektivitasinvestasi teknologi informasi terhadap performa perusahaan bank di Indonesiayang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data di peroleh denganmenggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga di peroleh 33 Perusahaan selamatahun 2015-2020 yang di analisis menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil Penelitianmenunjukan bahwa efektivitas investasi teknologi informasi mempengaruhiperforma perusahaan yang diukur melalui performa keuangan yaitu tingkatpengembalian aset dan efesiensi bank melalui variabel efesiensi biaya. Efektivitasteknologi informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan empat parameter yaitutotal investasi teknologi informasi per jumlah karyawan, total biaya karyawan pertotal aset, jumlah anjungan tunai mandiri dan total investasi teknologi. Diketahuidalam penelitian total investasi teknologi informasi per jumlah karyawan danjumlah anjungan tunai mandiri memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadapperforma perusahaann bank sedangkan untuk total biaya karyawan per total asetdan total investasi teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatifterhadap performa perusahaan bank. T This study aims to analyze the effect of effectivity of information technologyinvestment on banking industry performance in Indonesia which is listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data was obtained using purposivesampling, so that 33 companies were obtained during 2015-2020 which wereanalyzed using Eviews 9. The results of this research show that there is arelationship between information technology investment on bank performancethat measured by two parameters, the first one is financial performance usingreturn on asset (ROA) and the second one is bank efficiency using cost efficiency(CEFF). Effectivity of information technology investment in this study have fourmeasurements that are total investment per employee (TIPE), employee expenseper total asset (EEAR), total of automatic teller machine (ATM), and investmentcomputer software (ICS). The result for TIPE and total of ATM have positif andsignificant relationship on bank performance and in other results, the EEAR andICS have negative and significant relationship to bank performance. This studyprovides implications for unique insights about role of management to managethe information technology investment for bank performance.
