D Dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kinerja kualitas produk atau jasa, organisasi perlu mengadopsi sistem manajemen mutu sesuai standar ISO 9001 sedangkan untuk mematuhi peraturan minyak dan gas Internasional, organisasi perlu mengadopsi sistem manajemen kualitas berdasarkan ISO/TS 29001 dan API spesifikasi Q 1. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model integrasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS 29001, and API Q1 pada perusahaan telah berjalan sejak tahun 2012, dimana seluruh klausul yang dipersyaratkan dalam ketiga standar tersebut telah dipenuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memodelkan sistem manajemen terintegrasi ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001, dan API Spesifikasi QI menggunakan Publicly Available Spesification (PAS) 99 Edisi tahun 2006 yang dikeluarkan oleh International Organization for Standarization (I0S). Melaui spesifikasi ini, sistem manajemen terintegrasi dapat didisain melalui proses plan, do, check, dan act. Sistem telah diverifikasi melalui proses internal audit yang dilakukan di Jakarta dan Balikpapan. Dari proses internal audit tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa system telah memenuhi persyaratan ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS 29001, and API QI. Validasi sistem terintegrasi dilakukan melalui proses sertifikasi. Proses sertifikasi untuk mendapatkan 3 sertifikat ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS 29001, and API Ql, yang mana proses sertifikasi dilakukan oleh badan sertifikasi oleh API (American Petroleum Institute).
I In order to increase customer satisfaction and improve the quality of product or service performance , organizations need to adopt a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and to comply with regulations of oil and gas International , an organization needs to adopt a quality management system based on ISO / TS 29001 and API Q1 specifications . This thesis aims to obtain a model of integration of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 , ISO TS 29001 , API QI and the company has been running since the year 2012 , in which the whole clause is required in all of these three standards have been met and implemented by the organization . The method used is to model the integrated management system of ISO 9001 , ISO / TS 29001 , and API Specification Q1 using publicly Available Specification ( PAS ) 99 2006 edition issued by the International Organization for Standardization ( IOS ) . Through this specification, the integrated management system can be designed through the process of plan , do , check , and act . The system has been verified through an internal audit process conducted in Jakarta and Balikpapan . Of the internal audit process can be stated that the system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 , ISO TS 29001 , and API QI . Integrated system validation is done through the certification process . Certification process to get 3 certificates ISO 9001:2008 , ISO TS 29001 , and API Q1 , which is the certification process conducted by the certification bodies by the API ( American Petroleum Institute )
