T Tutupnya The Body Shop sebagai salah satu perusahaan bodycare dunia yang telahmenjalankan kewajibannya terhadap lingkungan dalam kegiatan corporate socialresponsibility memicu perusahaan bodycare lain agar lebih memperhatikan sisicorporate social responsibilitynya. Penelitian ini akan bermaksud untukmenganalisis pengaruh benevolence, integrity, competence dalam memediasi csrterhadap green purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ujihipotesis dengan mengumpulkan data dari penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisismenunjukkan benevolence memediasi pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara csrterhadap green purchase intention. Disarankan agar, manajer dapat menambahinformasi dan pelatihan mengenai produk bodycare, membangun budaya kerja danpelayanan yang jujur, menarik serta membangun konsumen dengan membeliproduk bodycare sebagai langkah peduli lingkungan
T The closure of The Body Shop as one of the world\\\'s bodycare companies that hascarried out its environmental obligations in corporate social responsibilityactivities has encouraged other bodycare companies to give more attention to theircorporate social responsibility side. This study will aim to analyze the effect ofbenevolence, integrity, competence in mediating csr on green purchase intention.This study uses a hypothesis testing method by collecting data from distributingquestionnaires. The results of the analysis show that benevolence mediates asignificant positive influence between csr on green purchase intention. It isrecommended that managers can add information and training about bodycareproducts, build a culture of work and honest service, attract and build consumersby buying bodycare products as a step to care for the environment
