P Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independenGreen Innovation, Green Intellectual Capital, dan Organizational Green Cultureterhadap Competitive Advantage. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan padapenelitian ini berupa perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yangberstatus high profile pada sektor energy, basic materials, industrials (sub-sektorindustrial goods, and multi-sector holding), consumer non-cyclicals (sub-sektor foodand beverage, tobacco, dan non durable household products), consumer cyclicals(sub-sektor automotive and components, household goods, leisure goods dan apparel& luxury goods), dan healthcare (sub-sektor pharmaceuticals) pada tahun 2020sampai dengan tahun 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposivesampling. Sebanyak 55 perusahaan selama tiga tahun menghasilkan total 165 sampelpenelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian regresi data panel denganmemanfaatkan software Econometric Views (EVIEWS) 12 Student Version. Metodepenelitian regresi data panel yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, ujimodel regresi data panel, uji pemilihan model regresi data panel terbaik, dan analisisregresi data panel.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel Green Innovation, GreenRelational Capital, dan Organizational Green Culture berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage pada perusahaan high profile tahun 2020sampai dengan tahun 2022. Sedangkan variabel Green Human Capital dan GreenStructural Capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage padaperusahaan high profile tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Variabel kontrolUkuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage padaperusahaan high profile tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Sedangkan variabelkontrol Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage padaperusahaan high profile tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables of GreenInnovation, Green Intellectual Capital, and Organizational Green Culture onCompetitive Advantage. This research uses quantitative research by using secondarydata. The research samples used in this research are companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange with high-profile status on the energy, basic materials, industrials(industrial goods, and multi-sector holding) sectors, consumer non-cyclical (subsectors food and beverage, tobacco, and non-durable household products), consumercyclical (sub-sector automotive and components, household goods, leisure goods, andapparel & luxury goods), and healthcare (sub-sector pharmaceuticals) in the year of2020 to 2022. The sampling was taken by a purposive sampling technique. Over thelast three years, 55 companies produced a total of 165 research samples. This researchused panel data regression research method using Econometric Views (EVIEWS) 12Student Version software. The panel data regression research method used consists ofdescriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression model testing, selection of thebest panel data regression model, and panel data regression analysis.The results of this study found that the Green Innovation, Green RelationalCapital, and Organizational Green Culture had a positive and significant effect onCompetitive Advantage in high-profile companies from 2020 to 2022. Meanwhile, thevariables of Green Human Capital and Green Structural Capital did not affect thecompany's Competitive Advantage in high-profile companies from 2020 to 2022. Thecontrol variable of Company Size does not affect Competitive Advantage in highprofile companies from 2020 to 2022. Meanwhile, the control variable of FinancialPerformance influence Competitive Advantage in high-profile companies from 2020to 2022.
