P Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh food delivery, subjective norm, social isolation, perception food safety, behavioral intention to use terhadap continuance behaviour. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi online food delivery (Gofood, GrabFood, ShoppeeFood, Traveloka eats delivery). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 250 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (Google form). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Spss dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif food delivery terhadap subjective norm, terdapat pengaruh positiffood delivery terhadap social isolation, terdapat pengaruh positif subjective norm terhadap perception food safety, terdapat pengaruh positif social isolation terhadap perception food savety, terdapat pengaruh positif perception food safety terhadap behavioral intention to use, terdapat pengaruh positif behavioral intention to use terhadap continuance behaviour. penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel lainnya seperti Quality service , Brand image , Quality product , Loyalitas pelanggan dan berbagai macam variabel lain yang mungkin juga berpengaruh terhadap continuance behaviour dan selanjutnya dapat menambah jumlah responden serta memperluas daerah domisili para responden.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of food delivery, subjective norms, social isolation, perception of food safety, behavioral intention to use on continuance behavior. The objects of this research are users of online food delivery applications (Gofood, GrabFood, ShoppeeFood, Traveloka eats delivery). The method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique to 250 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (Google form). The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of food delivery on subjective norms, there is a positive effect of food delivery on social isolation, there is a positive influence of subjective norms on perception of food safety, there is a positive effect of social isolation on perception of food safety, there is a positive effect of perception of food safety on nbehavioral intention to use, there is a positive effect of behavioral intention to use on continuance behavior. Further research is expected to add other variables such as quality service, brand image, product quality, customer loyalty and various other variables that may also affect continuance behavior and can further increase the number of respondents and expand the area of domicile of the respondents.
