P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh privacy concern, perceived control, perceived customer care terhadap self disclosure melalui trust pada pengguna Online Shop. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang dipaparkan langsung oleh Hair sehingga didapat 170 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan bantuan program software SPSS versi 23 dan AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Privacy Concern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Perceived Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Perceived Customer Care memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust dan Trust memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Self-disclosure.

T This study aims to determine how much influence privacy concern, perceived control, perceived customer care have on self disclosure through trust in online shop users. The sample used in this study used the theory explained directly by Hair so that 200 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used is SEM with the help of SPSS version 27 and AMOS software programs. The results of this study are Privacy Concern has a positive and significant effect on Trust, Perceived Control has a positive and significant effect on Trust, Perceived Customer Care has a positive and significant effect on Trust and Trust has a positive and significant effect on Self- disclosure.
