P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh performance management, strategic flexibility dan proactive search terhadap sustainable competitive advantage pada perusahaan PT. ISS Indonesia. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan software SPSS 23. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 154 karyawan di PT ISS Indonesia dari divisi operasional yang berada di dua area yang berbeda yaitu Surabaya dan Tangerang Selatan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Performance Management terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage, terdapat pengaruh Strategic Flexibility terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage, terdapat pengaruh Proactive Search terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah masukan bagi para atasan agar memperhatikan dan memastikan perusahaan mereka dapat bekerjasama dengan baik dalam menjalankan tujuan perusahaan sehingga terjadinya hubungan positif dan saling mendukung dan membantu antar satu karyawan dengan karyawan

T This study aims to analyze the effect of performance management, strategic flexibility and proactive search on sustainable competitive advantage in PT. ISS Indonesia. This research itself was carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the method of testing the hypothesis testing. Testing the hypothesis using simple regression analysis with SPSS 23 software. The data in this study were collected from 154 employees at PT ISS Indonesia from operational divisions located in two different areas, namely Surabaya and South Tangerang using a purposive sampling method. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is an effect of Performance Management on Sustainable Competitive Advantage, there is an effect of Strategic Flexibility on Sustainable Competitive Advantage, there is an effect of Proactive Search on Sustainable Competitive Advantage. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is hoped that it can add input for superiors to pay attention to and ensure that their companies can work together well in carrying out company goals so that there is a positive and mutually supportive and helpful relationship between one employee and another.
