T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green HumanResource Management terhadap Employee Organizational Commitment, EmployeeGreen Behavior, Work Performance pada karyawan PT. Birotika Semesta, DHLExpress kantor Perwakilan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang Logistik dan Kurir.Variabel bebasnya adalah Green Human Resource Management dan variabel terikatdalam penelitian ini adalah Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee GreenBehavior, Work Performance Data dikumpulkan dari 62 Karyawan dengan teknikpengumpulan data Sensus seluruh karyawan yang dipekerjakan oleh PT. BirotikaSemesta, DHL Express kantor Perwakilan Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukanadalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner via. Google Form.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana digunakan dalam penelitianpengujian hipotesis ini dengan software SEM AMOS. Hasil uji hipotesis padapenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Green Human ResourceManagement terhadap Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee GreenBehavior, Work Performance pada karyawan PT. Birotika Semesta, DHL Expresskantor Perwakilan Indonesia, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikanmasukan, saran, ataupun implikasi kepada manajerial PT. Birotika Semesta, DHLExpress kantor Perwakilan Indonesia agar selalu mempertahankan serta meningkatkanGreen Human Resource Management untuk meningkatkan Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee Green Behavior, Work Performance.

T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Green Human ResourceManagement on Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee Green Behavior,Work Performance on employees of PT. Birotika Semesta, DHL Express IndonesianRepresentative Office which is engaged in Logistics and Couriers. The independentvariable is Green Human Resource Management and the dependent variable in thisstudy is Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee Green Behavior, WorkPerformance Data collected from 62 employees with Census data collectiontechniques for all employees employed by PT. Birotika Semesta, DHL Express Indonesian Representative Office. The research conducted is quantitative research bydistributing questionnaires via. Google Forms. This study uses the hypothesis testingmethod. The hypothesis testing method using simple regression analysis is used in thishypothesis testing research with AMOS SEM software. The results of hypothesistesting in this study indicate that there is an effect of Green Human ResourceManagement on Employee Organizational Commitment, Employee Green Behavior,Work Performance on employees of PT. Birotika Semesta, DHL Express IndonesianRepresentative Office, the results of this study are expected to provide input,suggestions, or implications for managerial PT. Birotika Semesta, DHL ExpressIndonesian Representative Office to always maintain and improve Green HumanResource Management to improve Employee Organizational Commitment, EmployeeGreen Behavior, Work Performance.
