H Hospital liquidwaste is one of the sources of a very potential environmental pollution.1 The liquid waste needs to be treated before it is discharged into public sewers. This study is conducted to provide answers and information about the activities of wastewater treatment at Trisakti University Dental Hospital, as well as the quality of the end result of wastewater treatment process. The method is using descriptive method, thus described the comparison of results by laboratory tests and the applicable standard as well as all the factors that affect the quality of the end result of the process wastewater effluent processed at the Trisakti University Dental Hospital. The research samples consist of 2L water taken from Sawage Treatment Plan (STP) of 5 different tanks in Trisakti University Dental Hospital. Data analysis is by comparing tests results with the effluent quality standards that have been set by Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 58 of 1995 on the book of raw wastewater to the activities of the hospital and the Governor Regulation of Special Province of Jakarta No. 69 of 2013 on the quality standard of waste water for activities and / or business. From the test results of wastewater in the Laboratory of Regional Environmental Management Agency, the Provincial Capital City of Jakarta, showed BOD 23,44 mg /L, COD 156,86mg/L, pH 6.6, and TSS 100 mg/L. The end result process wastewater effluent processed at the Trisakti University Dental Hospital, is not accordance based on the quality standards that have been set.
