P Penelitian in ibertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh reward and recognition,organizational culture,job satisfaction,dan supervisory support terhadap employe eengagement pada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia.Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey researchpadastudikasusdiBankSyariahIndonesia.Pengujianpadapenelitianinimenggunakan hypotheses testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresibergandadengansoftwareSPSS.Datadalampenelitiandikumpulkandari900karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia dan dengan mengacu pada teori Hair et al., (2010).Sampelpadapenelitian inisebanyak 190karyawan Bank SyariahIndonesia.Hasilpenelitianiniadalahterdapatpengaruhrewardandrecognitionterhadapemployee engagement, terdapat pengaruh organizational culture terhadap employeeengagement,terdapatpengaruhjobsatisfactionterhadapemployeeengagement,terdapatpengaruh supervisorysupport terhadap employeeengagement
