B Berdasarkan data dari World Green Building Council (WGBC), bangunan seperti gedung menyumbangkan ±33% emisi CO2, mengkonsumsi ±17% air bersih, ±25% produk kayu, ±30-40% penggunaan energi dan ±40-50% penggunaan bahan mentah untuk pembangunan dan pengoperasiannya. Untuk mengurangi konsumsi berbagai material dan emisi yang dihasilkan, maka konsep green building sudah mulai diterapkan. Tidak hanya bangunan perkantoran dan perumahan, namun fasilitas umum juga harus menggunakan konsep green building. Salah satu fasilitas umum yang sudah menerapkan konsep green building adalah Masjid Az Zikra yang berlokasi di Sentul. Konsep green building yang diterapkan didasarkan pada Green Building Council Indonesia dengan rating tools Greenship Homes Ver.1. Penilaian kriteria green building dilakukan untuk membuktikan seberapa besar konsep green building yang sudah diterapkan pada masjid Az Zikra Sentul. Kemudian dari hasil penialain tersebut dilakukan analisis untuk membantu mengoptimalkan hasil yang didapat dari penilaian kriteria yang sudah dilakukan. Masjid Az Zikra Sentul sudah memenuhi semua kriteria prasyarat. Kemudian hasil penilaian untuk kriteria menunjukan poin yang didapat pada ketegori Appropriate Site Development (ASD) sebesar 9 poin dari 14 poin maksimal, pada kategori Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) sebesar 12 poin dari 18 poin maksimal, pada kategori Water Conservation (WAC) sebesar 8 poin dari 13 poin maksimal, pada kategori Material Resource and Cycle (MRC) sebesar 6 poin dari 12 poin maksimal, pada kategori Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC) sebesar 6 poin dari 14 poin maksimal, dan pada kategori Building Environment Management (BEM) sebesar 11 poin dari 14 poin maksimal. Sehingga mendapat total poin sebesar 52 poin dan termasuk kedalam peringkat gold. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut dilakukan analisis dan rekomendasi sehingga menghasilkan total poin setelah rekomendasi sebesar 57 poin.

Assessment of green building criteria is done to prove how big green building concept that has been applied to Masjid Az Zikra Sentul. Then, from the results of the blowing analysis to help optimize the results obtained from the assessment of the criteria that have been done. Masjid Az Zikra Sentul already meets all prerequisite criteria. Then the assessment results for the criteria showing the points gained on the category of Appropriate Site Development (ASD) of 9 points from 14 points maximum, in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) categories of 12 points from 18 points maximum, in the category of Water Conservation (WAC) by 8 points from 13 points maximum, in the category of Material Resource and Cycle (MRC) , in the Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC) category of 6 points from the maximum 14 points, and in the Building Environment Management (BEM) category of 11 points from the maximum 14 points. So it gets a total point of 52 points and is included in the gold rating. Based on the assessment, analysis and recommendations resulted in a total point after the recommendation of 57 points.
