Abstract

P PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. Tanjung Enim merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang penambangan batubara. Metode penambangan diPit. 1 Banko Barat adalah sistem tambang terbuka dengan menerapkan sistem penambangan convesional mining yaitu dengan kombinasi Excavator PC 400 sebagai alat gali muat dan dump truck Scania P360 dengan sistem sewa alat dari kontraktor PT. Satria Bahana Sarana (SBS). Target rencana produksi batubara diPit. 1 Banko Barat sebesar 302.000 ton dengan rencana jumlah fleet yang digunakan sebanyak 3 fleet PC 400 dan 18 dump truck Scania P360 untuk periode bulan Mei 2017. Realisasi produksi batubara terhadap target rencana produksi tercapai sebesar322.188.08 ton, namun pada kondisi aktual alat mekanis yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan rencana kerja dari pihak kontraktor. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi pencapaian target produksi batubara bulan Mei 2017 terhadap targetrencana produksi batubara. Realisasi jumlah fleet untuk batubara yang digunakan di Pit.1 Banko Barat 1 fleet Excavator PC 400 dengan 6 unit dump truck Scania P360 dan 1 fleet Excavator PC 1250 dengan 6 unit HD 465 yang dialihkan daripemindahan overburden agar target produksi batubara tercapai. Produktvitas aktual alat gali muat Excavator PC 400 sebesar 230,1 ton/jam, Excavator PC 1250 sebesar810,14 ton/jam dan produktivitas alat angkut dump truck Scania P360 sebesar 25,72ton/jam, HD 465 sebesar 94,64 ton/jam, sedangkan Match Factor yang didapatkan untuk 1 fleet Excavator PC 400 sebesar 0,92 dan 1 fleet Excavator PC 1250 sebesar0,81 artinya terjadi waktu tunggu alat muat karena MF < 1. Oleh sebab itu perludilakukan pengawasan di lapangan agar perencanaan yang dibuat dapat terealisasidengan baik, dan jika ada hambatan â€“ hambatan yang menghambat kegiatan produksi dapat langsung dilaporkan dan dicari solusi.

Realization of the amount of fleet for coal used in West Banko Pit.1 1 fleet PC 400 Excavator with 6 Scania P360 dump trucks and 1 PC 1250 fleet Excavator with 6 HD 465 units which were diverted from overburden removal so that coal production targets were achieved. Actual productivity of PC 400 excavator excavator is 230.1 tons /hour, PC excavator 1250 is 810.14 tons / hour and Scania P360 dump truck haulage productivity is 25.72 tons / hour, HD 465 is 94.64 tons / hours, while the match factor obtained for 1 PC 400 fleet excavator is 0.92 and 1 PC 1250 fleet excavator is 0.81 meaning that the waiting time of the loading device is due to MF <1.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out supervision in the field so that the planning made can be realized properly, and if there are obstacles that hinder production activities can be reported immediately and solutions are sought.
