P Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Perceived Benefit dan Perceived Risk terhadap Continuance Intention Pengguna Fintech Mobile Payment untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang membantu menentukan penyebab masyarakat terus menerus menggunakan fintech mobile payment dimasa depan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pengguna atau konsumen fintech mobile payment yang meliputi (Gopay, Ovo, Tcash, dan Jenius) sebanyak 402 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan alat structural equation model yang dijalankan oleh program SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap fintech continuance intention, Economic benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived benefit, Seamless transaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived benefit, Convenience berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived benefit, Convenience berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived benefit, Financial risk berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived risk, Legal risk berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived risk. Perceived risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap fintech continuance intention dan Operational risk berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived risk.

T This study examines the effect of Perceived Benefit and Perceived Risk on Continuance Intention of Fintech Mobile Payment Users to identify the factors that help determine the cause of consumer's continuance intention of fintech mobile payment in the future. The sample used is fintech mobile payment users which include 402 respondents (Gopay, Ovo, Tcash, and Jenius). The method used is a non-probability sampling using a structural equation model that is run by the SmartPLS3 program. The results of this study indicate that Perceived benefits have a positive effect on fintech continuance intention, Economic benefits have a positive effect on Perceived benefits, Seamless transactions have a positive effect on Perceived benefits, Convenience has a positive effect on Perceived benefits, Convenience has a positive effect on Perceived benefits, Financial risk has a positive effect on Perceived risk, Legal risk has a positive effect on Perceived risk. Perceived risk has a negative effect on fintech continuance intention and Operational risk has a positive effect on Perceived risk.
