T The Adjudicative Bodies, an organization supervising the legal institutions, supports the succession of law enforcement organization. As an agency to conduct an adequate judicial process, Court is needed to support the justice. Compared to other types of courts, The District Court is the first to handle the most significant legal settlements. The lawsuit restrictions always occur in the district court to guarantee the immediate legal settlements. South Jakarta District Court is responsible for examining, deciding, and solving public and civil cases on the first level, as well as providing information, considerations, and suggestions to the regional government agencies when requested. In Indonesia, the current perception on the courts’ efficiency tends to be degraded, for the weak law enforcement in most of the cases. This assumption is supported by the recent situations of the courts’ architecture and interior conditions. Thus, this design highlights the balance, dignity, and glory of South Jakarta District Court. The implementation of a classical genre will reflect the exact characteristics of the judiciary.The design concept of South Jakarta District Court uses neoclassical genre, which tends to be light and is suitable for the court’s hierarchy. The distinctive genre characteristic is balance or symmetric interior design. Thus, the implementation of Balance of The Judiciary theme is appropriate for this design. The theme describes the physical (the interior design notion) or the non-physical (the court duty).South Jakarta District Court is expected to motivate the law enforcer adjudicative people, especially the judicial employees. Further, the project design expects the public and foreigners to have a positive perception of the Public Court in Jakarta.
