P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource Management Practices terhadap Employee Satisfaction. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 responden Karyawan PT Gagah Putera Satria Group, di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Training and Development berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Satisfaction, (2) Employee Compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Satisfaction, (3) Human Resource Planning berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Satisfaction, (4) Work Environment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Satisfaction.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Satisfaction. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents Employee PT Gagah Putera Satria Group, Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is survey. This research using Multiple Regression.Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) Training and Development has positive effect to Employee Satisfaction, (2) Employee Compensation has positive effect to Employee Satisfaction, (3) Human Resource Planning has positive effect to Employee Satisfaction, (4) Work Environment has positive effect to Employee Satisfaction.
