T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Modernisasi Administrasi Perpajakan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pajak. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian explanatory dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner di KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya dan Ciamis. Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan modernisasi administrasi perpajakan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama sudah dapat dinyatakan sangat baik begitu pula dengan kinerja pegawainya yang sudah dapat dinyatakan baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Moderninasi Administrasi Perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pajak.
T The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of the Modernization of Tax Administration on the Performance of the Tax Employee. The research method used was explanatory method by distributing questionnaires at the Pratama Tax Office in Tasikmalaya and Ciamis. The simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis by using the 22 version of SPSS. The results showed that the implementation of the Modernization of Tax Administration at the Pratama Tax Office in Tasikmalaya and Ciamis already can be expressed very well, while the Performance of the Tax Employee can already be expressed either. The hypothesis testing results show that the Modernization of Tax Administration has significantly influence on the Performance of Tax Employee
