T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis psychological empowerment pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis affective commitment pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis turnover intention pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment, affective commitment terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta.Data dikumpulkan dari 70 karyawan divisi marketing PT. Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 21. Hasil menjelaskan bahwa responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap organizational citizenship behavior ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,85, responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap psychological empowerment ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,77, dan responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap affective commitment ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,86, responden memiliki pernyataan sangat tidak setuju terhadap turnover intention ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 1,03. Hasil juga menjelaskan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta sebesar - 0,246. Hasil juga menjelaskan bahwa psychological empowerment berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai beta sebesar - 0,312. Hasil juga menjelaskan bahwa affective commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai beta sebesar - 0,466.

T The purpose of this study was analyzed the organizational citizenship behavior on employee marketing division of PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia in Jakarta, was analyzed the psychological empowerment on employee marketing division of PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia in Jakarta, was analyzed affective commitment on employee marketing division of PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia in Jakarta, was analyzed turnover intention in the marketing division of PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia in Jakarta, and was analyzed the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment, affective commitment on turnover intention in the marketing division employee’s of PT Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia which located in Jakarta.Data was collected from 70 employees of the marketing division of PT. Prudential Life Insurance Indonesia which located in Jakarta. The data collection technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis through SPSS version 21.The results explain that the respondents have agreed statement on organizational citizenship behavior showed with descriptive statistics by 4.85, the respondents have agreed statement of the psychological empowerment showed with descriptive statistics of 4.77, and the respondent has agreed statement against affective commitment shown by the statistics descriptive of 4.86, the respondents have a statement strongly disagree with turnover intention showed with descriptive statistic of 1.03. The results also explain that organizational citizenship behavior negatively affects turnover intention indicated by the beta value of - 0.246. The results also explain that psychological empowerment negative effect on turnover intention with a beta value of - 0.312. The results also explain that affective commitment negatively affect turnover intention with a beta value of - 0.466.
