Abstrak
Abstract

P Perusahaan akan selalu berupaya untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas perusahaan. salah satu upaya dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan adalah dengan meningkatkan good corporate governance, intellectual capital, dan corporate social responsibility. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh good corporate governance, intellectual capital, dan corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. penulis mendistribusikan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden yaitu perusahaan manufaktur. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance, Intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara parsial. hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance, intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

T The company will always strive to achieve its objectives by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. one of the efforts in achieving corporate goals is to improve good corporate governance, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility. This research is done in order to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of good corporate governance, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility on business performance. This research data using primary data. writer distributing questionnaires to collect data from respondents, the manufacturing company. the sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents using simple random sampling method. the results of this study indicate that good corporate governance, Intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility influence the performance of the company partially. simultaneous hypothesis test results also show that good corporate governance, intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility influence the performance of the company.
