Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh earning per share, priceearning ratio, dan book value per share terhadap harga saham pada sektor jasa.Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sektor properti, real estate & konstruksibangunan serta perusahaan sektor transportasi, infrastruktur & utilities pada periode2010-2013. Penelitian uji hipotesis ini menggunakan sampel yang masing-masingberjumlah 44 dan 27 perusahaan. Pada model analisis data digunakan uji asumsiklasik, regresi berganda, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, price earning ratio tidakmemiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada kedua sektor. Sedangkan earning pershare dan book value per share memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap hargasaham pada kedua sektor. Hasil ini mengindikasikan earning per share dan bookvalue per share sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham pada sektor jasa,sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan oleh investor sebelum berinvestasi pada perusahandi sektor tersebut dan juga menjadi faktor yang perlu didorong oleh perusahaan gunameningkatkan kepercayaan dan minat dari investor dalam berinvestasi, yangdiharapkan dapat meningkatkan permintaan dari saham perusahaan dan berdampak pada naiknya harga saham perusahaan tersebut.

T This study aims to to determine the effect of earnings per share, priceearnings ratio, and book value per share on the stock price in service sectors. Thesamples used were company in property, real estate & construction sectors andtransportation, infrastructure & utilities sectors from period 2010-2013. This hypothesis testing used 44 and 27 companies. The model of dataanalysis used the classical assumption test, multiple regressions, and t test. Basedon the t test, the price earnings ratio has no effect on stock prices in thetwo sectors. While earnings per share and book value per share hasa positive effect on stock prices in these two sectors. This result indicates thatearnings per share and book value per share as factors that affect stock price inservice sectors, so should be considered by investor before investing in service sectorcompanies and also factors that need to be driven by the company in order toincrease the confidence and the interest of investor, which is expected to increase thedemand of companyâ€™s stock and raise the company stock price.
