P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh remote working danartificial intelligence awareness terhadap work performance dengan knowledgesharing sebagai variabel mediasi pada tenaga pendidik/dosen universitas swasta diwilayah bengkulu. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganpengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 247 respoden tenagapendidik/dosen universitas swasta di bengkulu, metode yang digunakan adalah nonprobablity sampling dengan teknik snowball sampling. analisis data dilakukandengan structural equation modeling (sem) berbantuan software amos versi 26serta uji mediasi menggunakan sobel test. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaremote working dan artificial intelligence awareness berpengaruh positif terhadapknowledge sharing dan work performance. selain itu, knowledge sharing terbuktimemediasi secara parsial pengaruh remote working dan artificial intelligenceawareness terhadap work performance. temuan ini menunjukkan bahwapeningkatan work performance pada dosen tidak hanya dipengaruhi secaralangsung oleh remote working dan artificial intelligence awareness, melainkanjuga secara tidak langsung melalui knowledge sharing yang berperan sebagaimediator. implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan masukan strategis terhadapuniversitas swasta dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui kesadaran kecerdasanbuatan dan budaya berbagi pengetahuan.

T This study aims to analyze and test the effect of remote working andartificial intelligence awareness on work performance with knowledge sharing as amediating variable on educators/lecturers at private universities in the bengkuluregion. this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection throughquestionnaires distributed to 247 respondents of educators/lecturers at privateuniversities in bengkulu, the method used is non-probability sampling with thesnowball sampling technique. data analysis was carried out using structuralequation modeling (sem) assisted by amos software version 26 and mediation testsusing the sobel test. the results of the study indicate that remote working andartificial intelligence awareness have a positive effect on knowledge sharing andwork performance. in addition, knowledge sharing is proven to partially mediatethe effect of remote working and artificial intelligence awareness on workperformance. these findings indicate that improved work performance amonglecturers is not only directly influenced by remote working and artificial intelligenceawareness, but also indirectly through knowledge sharing, which acts as a mediator.the implications of this research provide strategic input for private universities inimproving performance through artificial intelligence awareness and a culture ofknowledge sharing.
