Abstrak
Abstract

T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja auditor pemerintah dan auditor swasta. Penelitian ini menjadikan penelitian sebelumnya sebagai salah satu sumber literatur serta referensi. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan penelitianpenelitian sebelumnya. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya terdapat pada tempat, variabel ,populasi, atau sampel yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menganalisa kinerja auditor pada kantor Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia serta 15 kantor akuntan publik di Jakarta, dengan kuesioner 165 responden. Penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel indipenden dan satu variabel dependen, yaitu kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kinerja auditor. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for Windows version 13.0, sedangkan untuk pengujian digunakan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinan (R 2 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor, dan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor pemerintah dan auditor swasta.

T The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of government auditors and public auditors. This study makes a previous study as one of literatures and reference sources. However, this study has differences with previous studies. Differences in this study with previous research there are on place, variables, population, or sample used. This study analyzes performance of auditor at Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan of Republic of Indonesia as well as 15 public accounting firms in Jakarta, with 165 questionnaire respondents. This study has two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and performance of auditors. Processing of data in this study using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for Windows version 13.0, while for the testing used the t test, F test and the coefficient of determinant (R2). The results showed that partially emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of auditors, and emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant impact on the performance of government auditors and public auditors.
