T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Job Demand for Learning, Need for Achievement, Job Related Learning, dan pengaruh Job Demand for Learning terhadap Job Related Learning melalui Need for Achievement. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT.Sucofindo di Jakarta divisi agricultural. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model. (SEM). Hasil yang di dapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara JobDemand for Learning terhadap Job Related Learning dengan T-hitung = 0,42l.Tetapi ditemukan hasil yang berbeda pada variabellainnya bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan hubungan yang lemah dengan Need for Achievement, dimana Job Demand for Learning memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Job Related Learning melalui Need for Achievement dengan T-hitung = 0,125.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the Job Demand for Learning, Need for Achievement, Job Related Learning, and the influence of Job demand for Learning against Job Related Learning through Need for Achievement. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees PT Sucofindo at Jakarta division agricultural , the methods used in this study using analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM). Which can result in this study indicate that there is a strong and significant relationship between Job Demand for Learning has a direct influence on Job Related Learning with T- count 0.421. But dite find different results on other variables that there is no significant influence and relationships weak with Need for achievement , where Job Demand for Learning has indirect influence against Job Related Learning through Need for Achievement with T- count 0.125.
