Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh daricollaborative planning, forecasting; and replenishment terhadap kinerja rantaipasokan melalui kemampuan inovasi rantai pasokan pada PT Pertamina Lubricants.Variabel independen yaitu collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment.Variabel mediasi yaitu kemampuan inovasi rantai pasokan. Variabel dependen yaitukinerja rantai pasokan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 110 karyawan di PTPertamina Lubricants. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitainini adalah purposive sampling dan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalammenguji hipotesa adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuanAMOS 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa collaborative planning,forecasting, and replenishment memiliki pengaruh positf secara langsung terhadapkemampuan inovasi rantai pasokan dan kinerja rantai pasokan. Kemampuan inovasirantai pasokan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Secara tidak langsung, collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment berpengaruh positifterhadap kinerja rantai pasokan melalui kemampuan inovasi rantai pasokan. Manfaatdari penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dan pemasok dalammeningkatkan kinerja rantai pasokan.

T This study explores the impact of collaborative planning, forecasting, andreplenishment toward supply chain performance through supply chain innovationcapability on PT Pertamina Lubricants. Independent variable is collaborativeplanning, forecasting, and replenishment. Mediating variable is supply chaininnovation capability. Dependent variable is supply chain performance. The samplein this study consisted of 110 employee on PT Pertamina Lubricants. The samplingmethod used in this study is purposive sampling and data analysis methods used inthis study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23. The results ofhypothesis testing show that collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishmenthas a positive impact toward supply chain performance. Supply chain innovationcapability also has a positive impact toward supply chain performance. Indirectly,collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment has a positive impact towardsupply chain performance through supply chain innovation capability. The benefitsof this study are expected to help companies and suppliers to enhancing supply chainperformance.
