T Tujuan Dari Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Supervisory Delegation danEmpowering Leadership terhadap Prohibitive Voice Behavior Dan Promotive Voice Behavior di PT. Telkom Indonesia. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Supervisory Delegation dan Empowering Leadership dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Prohibitive Voice Behavior dan Promotive Voice Behavior. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 135 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Telkom Indonesia dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positifSupervisory Delegation terhadap Prohibitive Voice Behavior dan Promotive Voice Behaviordan pengaruh positif antara Empowering Leadership terhadap Prohibitive Voice Behavior dan Promotive Voice Behavior. Implikasinya bagi perusahaan untuk mengelola tingkat Voice Behavior (Prohibitive dan Promotive). Dalam suatu perusahaan, mendelegasikan tugas dan tanggung jawab (Supervisory Delegation) terhadap karyawan serta memberikan wewenang kekuasaan (Empowering Leadership) kepada karyawan adalah suatu hal yang lumrah dilakukan maka dari itu agar terdapat feedback atas pekerjaan dan kekuasaan yang telah dilimpahkan kepada karyawan, pihak atasan atau manajer harus memperlakukan karyawan dengan adil dan tidak menspesial kan salah satu karyawan agar karyawan memiliki kesempatan dalam Prohibitive Voice Behavior dan Promotive Voice Behavior guna menyuarakan pendapat dalam proses pengerjaan tugas yang diberikan apabila terdapat kendala yang dihadapi oleh karyawan serta menyampaikan solusi terbaik untuk keputusan penting yang akan berdampak bagi kesejahteraan atasan dan karyawan.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Supervisory Delegation andEmpowering Leadership on Prohibitive Voice Behavior and Promotive Voice Behavior at PT. Telkom Indonesia. The independent variable in this study are Supervisory Delegation and Empowering Leadership and the dependent variable in this study are Prohibitive Voice Behavior and Promotive Voice Behavior. Data were collected from 135 employees who work at PT. Telkom Indonesia. The data collection technique used in this study is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is SEM method.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive effect ofSupervisory Delegation on Prohibitive Voice Behavior and Promotive Voice Behavior and apositive influence of Empowering Leadership on Prohibitive Voice Behavior and PromotiveVoice Behavior. The implication for the company is to manage the Voice Behavior level(Prohibitive and Promotive). In the company, delegating tasks and responsibilities(Supervisory Delegation) and giving a power (Empowering Leadership) to the employees are such a common thing to do, so that there a feedback from the tasks and power that has been delegated to employees, managers must treat employees fairly and not give one of employee a special treatment where all of employees had a equal opportunity in Prohibitive Voice Behavior and Promotive Voice Behavior, to express their opinions in the process of carrying out the given tasks if the employees had faced an obstactles and convey the best solutions for an important decision that will be made by the company, which had an impact on welfare of the managers and the employees.
