Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kinerja Individu, Teknologi Informasi serta Ekspektasi Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Pengaruh Kinerja Individu, Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi Serta Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja sebagai Variabel Independen sedangkan Pengambilan Keputusan sebagai Variabel Dependen.Metode penetuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Disproportionate stratifiedrandom sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Kuesioner yang digunakan berjumlah 107 salinan dariPerusahaan E-Commerce yang berada di DKI Jakarta yaitu Lazada Indonesia, Olx, Elevenia, MatahariMall dan Tokopedia. Kualitas data diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian untuk analisa hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 23.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan di dalam perusahaan. Hasil uji regresi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan, Pengaruh Kinerja Individu berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan, Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan dan Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja Berpengaruh Positif terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting information systems, individual performance, information technology and performance expectations affect the decision making. This study uses a questionnaire to collect the required information. Variables used in this study, namely namely influence of accounting information system, effect of individual performance, influence of information technology and effect of performance expectations as independent variables while decision making as dependent variables.Sampling method used in this research is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data obtained from kusioner. The questionnaire distributed amounted to 107 copies at E-Commerce Company located in DKI Jakarta,namely Lazada Indonesia, Olx, Elevenia, MatahariMall and Tokopedia. Data quality is tested using validity test and reliability test. The test for hypothesis analysis is done by using multiple regression analysis. Tests in this study using SPSS software version 23 for windows is sed to test in this research.This research is conducted to provide insight into what factors influence the Decision Making within the company. The result of regression test from this research shows that influence of accounting information system has no effect on decision making, influence of individual performance has a positive effect on decision making, influence of information technology has a positive effect to decision making and influence of perfomance expectations has positive effect on decision making.
