B Bakar AlternatifTeknologi Olah Sampah di Sumbernya merupakan inovasi pengolahansampah organik seperti ranting, dedaunan, rumput menjadi Bahan Bakar JumputanPadat dalam bentuk pelet sebagai bahan bakar co-firing energi listrik. Selain ituBahan Bakar Jumputan Padat dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bakar komporkebutuhan memasak. Penelitian ini merupakan implementasi kerja sama PT.Comestoarra dengan Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti yangbertujuan membuat Bahan Bakar Jumputan Padat dari berbagai sampel untukdilakukan uji laboratorium sesuai dengan standar SNI 8966: 2021 dan ujipembakaran dengan kompor. Sampel yang diuji adalah buah sawit, sampah pasar,biomassa sungai, biomassa pohon, pelepah sawit, rumput pisau, mix biomassabiodrying dan mix biomassa non biodrying. Pembuatan Bahan bakar denganTeknologi Olah Sampah di Sumbernya meliputi proses biodrying, pencacahan,dan peletisasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji laboratorium sampel yang di uji didapat nilaikalor 2964 - 16392 kal/g. Untuk uji proksimat didapat nilai kadar abu 8,9 – 31,6%kadar zat terbang 11,8 – 18,1% kadar karbon terikat 40,4 – 67,1% dan kadar air10,7 – 14,3%. Hasil uji pembakaran water boiling test untuk sampel biomassasungai sebanyak 147 gram dapat mendidihkan 500 ml air dalam waktu 8,5 menit.

S Solid Waste Processing Technology at the Source is an innovation inprocessing organic waste such as twigs, leaves, grass into Solid Waste Fuel in theform of pellets as co-firing fuel for electrical energy. In addition, Solid JumputanFuel can be used as fuel for cooking stoves. This research is an implementation ofPT. Comestoarra with the Faculty of Industrial Technology, University of Trisaktiwhich aims to make Solid Waste Fuel from various samples for laboratory testsaccording to SNI 8966: 2021 standards and stove combustion tests. The samplestested were palm fruit, market waste, river biomass, tree biomass, palm fronds,blade grass, mix biodrying biomass and mix non biodrying biomass. Producingfuel with Waste Processing Technology at the Source includes biodrying,shredding and pelletizing processes. Based on the results of laboratory tests, thetested sample obtained a calorific value of 2964 - 16392 cal/g. For the proximatetest, the value of ash content was 8.9 – 31.6%, volatile matter content was 11.8 –18.1%, bound carbon content was 40.4 – 67.1% and moisture content was 10.7 –14.3%. The results of the combustion water boiling test for a river biomass sampleof 147 grams could boil 500 ml of water in 8.5 minutes.
