P Penelitian ini membahas terkait dengan pengaruh Good Public Governance dan Nilai Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji danmenganalisis adanya hubungan antara Good Public Governance dan Nilai Organisasi terhadapKinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik pada Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Penelitian ini termasukke dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data cross-section yang diperolehmelalui kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 pegawai DirektoratJenderal Bea dan Cukai dari berbagai kelompok jabatan, usia, dan masa kerja. Pengujian data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pelaksanaan uji asumsiklasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Good Public Governanceberpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik dan variabel Nilai Organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik.
T This study discusses the impact of Good Public Governance and Organizational Values on thePerformance of Public Sector Organizations. This study aims to test and analyze the relationshipbetween Good Public Governance and Organizational Values on the Performance of Public SectorOrganizations at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. This study is included in quantitativedescriptive research using cross-section data obtained through questionnaires. The sample used in thisstudy was 105 employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise from various positiongroups, ages and years of service. Testing the data in this study uses the multiple linear regressionanalysis method by implementing classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results of thisstudy show that the Good Public Governance variable has a positive effect on the Performance of PublicSector Organizations and the Organizational Values variable has a positive effect on the Performanceof Public Sector Organizations.
