P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resources Management Practice, Work Family Conflict, Work Environment terhadap Employee Perfomance Yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan Manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang industri kabel di DKI Jakarta. Data yang di kumpulkan untuk penelitian ini ialah data primer. Dengan jumlah responden 218 karyawan. Serta pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik uji instrument berupa uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan spss versi 26. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitiann ini menunjukan bahwa Human Resource Management Practice dan Work Environment yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, sedangkan variabel Work Family Conflict yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Implikasi majerial dalam penelitian ini Perusahaan memberikan kompensasi yang merata terhadap karyawan dan tidak memberi tambahan pekerjaan di luar jam kerja agar karyawan untuk menyeimbangkan peran yang dimiliki karyawan, dan memberikan kesempatan jenjang karir terhadap karyawan hal ini agar meingkatkan perfoma karyawan dalam Perusahaan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Practice, Work Family Conflict, Work Environment on Employee Performance which is mediated by Job Satisfaction on employees of Manufacturing companies engaged in the cable industry in DKI Jakarta. The data collected for this research is primary data. With the number of respondents 218 employees. As well as in this study to analyze data using instrument testing techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study show that Human Resource Management Practice and Work Environment mediated by Job Satisfaction have an influence on Employee Performance, while the Work Family Conflict variable mediated by Job Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Performance. The managerial implication in this study is that the company provides equal compensation to employees and does not provide additional work outside working hours so that employees can balance the roles that employees have, and provide opportunities for career paths for employees in order to increase employee performance in the company.
