T Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari fear of covid-19, job insecurity, emotional exhaustion terhadap intention to leave. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Variabel terdiri dari fear of covid-19, job insecurity, emotional exhaustion terhadap intention to leave. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh karyawan restoran Hanamasa di Jakarta Selatan. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 200 sampel dari karyawan restoran Hanamasa di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS.Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fear of covid-19 berpengaruh positif terhadap job insecurity yang dimana responden setuju dengan item pernyataan yang ada. Job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap emotional exhaustion yang dimana responden setuju dengan item pernyataan yang ada. Emotional exhaustion berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to leave yang dimana responden setuju dengan item pernyataan yang ada.Implikasi Praktis – Implikasi bagi pihak manajemen yaitu untuk mengurangi dampak negatif emotional exhaustion sebaiknya manajer membagi rata seluruh pekerjaan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaanya, dan memberikan insentif yang sesuai atas tambahan pekerjaan yang diberikan perusahaan. Dengan tingkat emotional exhaustion yang rendah maka rendah pula intention to leave yang dirasakan karyawan dan membuat karyawan lebih berkomitmen, loyal dan tidak mencari pekerjaan lain.

P Purpouse – This study aims to analyze the effect of fear of covid-19, job insecurity, emotional exhaustion on intention to leave.Design/methodology/approach – The design in this study was implemented through the use of hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). Data collection took place in a cross-sectional way. Variables consist of fear of covid-19, job insecurity, emotional exhaustion towards the intention to leave. The data used in this study are primary data and collected by distributing questionnaires via g-forms filled in by employees of the Hanamasa restaurant in South Jakarta. The sample collection method used a purposive sampling method of 200 samples from Hanamasa restaurant employees in South Jakarta. The data processing techniques used in this study are instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS.Findings – The results of the study show that fear of covid-19 has a positive effect on job insecurity where respondents agree with the existing statement items. Job insecurity has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion in which respondents agree with the existing statement items. Emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on the intention to leave, where respondents agree with the statement items.Practical implications – The implication for management is that to reduce the negative impact of emotional exhaustion, managers should evenly distribute all work according to their job descriptions,and provide appropriate incentives for additional work provided by the company. With a low level of emotional exhaustion, the employee's intention to leave is also low and makes employees more committed, loyal and not looking for another job.
