T Tooth mobility is a manifestasion of periodontal disease. Width of the tooth root surtctces are a major factor in health and stability of tooth, they are influenced by roo length, total number of roots, root shape, and cross-sectional diameter of the root The purpose of this research is to see the frequency of distribution based on the xation of tooth mobility, especially in patients with generalized chronic penodontitis who were treated in RSGM-P Clinical Periodontology, Faculty of De stry, Trisakti University in 2009-2011. This type of research is using de Lriptive analysis of patient dental record. The data is processed by SPSS ver-o, n 19program. The result shows that 31,6% of patients with generalized clumic periodontitis is experience tooth mobility, and the largest of tooth moh1lity found in the anterior mandible region with a percentage of 36,8%. The co, lusion of this research is a generalized chronic periodontitis is not always accompanied by tooth mobility. Shape, length, and the total number of roots oftee . effecting the tooth mobility.
