P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-leadership work-life balance, job satisfaction terhadap work engagement pada karyawan PT. Gajah Tunggal TBK Divisi Produksi Plant I. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 172 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling adalah para karyawan PT.Gajah Tunggal TBK.,TANGERANG Divisi Produksi Plant I. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan statistik deskriptif menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel self-leadership terhadap variabel work engagement, terdapat pengaruh variabel work-life balance terhadap variabel work engagement, dan terdapat pengaruh variabel job satisfaction terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajer sumber daya manusia bagaimana meningkatkan dan mempertahankan work engagement pada karyawan.

T This study aims to analyse the effect of transactional leadership, corporate social responsibility, training, work engagement to job satisfaction on employees of PT. Gajah Tunggal TBK Production Division Plant I. The sample used in this study were 172 respondents using purposive sampling are employees of PT. Gajah Tunggal TBK.,TANGERANG Production Division Plant I. Hypothesis testing is done by calculating descriptive statistics using the simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 22. The results of this study support hypotheses regarding self-leadership on work engagement, support hypotheses regarding work-life balance on work engagement, and support the hypotheses regarding job satisfaction on work engagement. This study has implications for human resource managers on how to increase and maintain work engagement to the company.
