P Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai dampak technology acceptance model(TAM) terhadap pengguna e-wallet. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden denganmenggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria pemilihan responden dalampenelitian ini adalah pengguna e-wallet yang pernah menggunakan e-wallet minimal3 bulan dan berlokasi di Jabodetabek. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakanStructural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabelperceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived ease of use; namunperceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perceived ease ofuse. Sementara itu, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap attitudetoward using. Attitude toward using juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadapintention to reuse. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan yangmemiliki produk e-wallet dapat mempertahankan tingkat intention to reuse danmendorong pengguna dengan menyederhanakan fitur aplikasi dan memberikanprogram yang menarik.

T This study analyzes the effect of the technology acceptance model (TAM)construct on the intention of e-wallet users. The total number of samples is 200respondents with a purposive sampling method. The sample criteria in this study aree-wallet users who have used at least 3 months of use and are domiciled inJabodetabek. Hypothesis testing is done by using the structural equation model(SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulnessvariable has a positive effect on perceived ease of use. However, perceivedusefulness has no significant effect on attitude toward using. Meanwhile, perceivedease of use has a positive impact on attitude toward using. attitude toward using alsohas a positive impact on Intention to reuse. The results of this study suggest tomarketers in e-wallet companies to maintain and encourage the level of intention toreuse it, by simplifying the features in the application, and providing attractiveprograms.
