P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Quality Management(manajemen kualitas total) terhadap Operational Performance (kinerja operasional)di PT Kyosha Indonesia.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini denganmenyebar kuisoner kepada 175 karyawan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakanadalah Hypothesis Testing dengan Multiple Regression sebagai alat analisisnya.Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Dukungan manajemen puncak memilikipengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (2) Fokus pelanggan tidak memiliki pengaruhterhadap kinerja operasional, (3) Pemberdayaan dan keterlibatan karyawan tidakmemiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (4) Manajemen kualitas pemasokmemiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (5) Manajemen proses memilikipengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (6) Perbaikan dan berkelanjutan tidakmemiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (7) Pendidikan dan pelatihanmemiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja opersional. Penelitian ini pertama kali dilakukandi PT. Kyosha Indonesia. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar menambahkanbeberapa variabel dan penelitian dilakukan di sektor manufaktur lainnya.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (total qualitymanagement) on Operational Performance (performance) at PT Kyosha Indonesia.The sampling technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires to 175employees. The research design used is Hypothesis Testing with Multiple Regressionas an analytical tool.The findings of this study are: (1) top management support has an effect onoperational performance, (2) customer focus has no effect on operationalperformance, (3) employee empowerment and involvement has no effect onoperational performance, (4) quality management suppliers have an influence onoperational performance, (5) process management has an influence on operationalperformance, (6) improvement and continuity have no effect on operationalperformance, (7) education and training have an influence on operationalperformance. This research was first conducted at PT. Kyosha Indonesia.Suggestions for further research to add some variables and research conducted inother manufacturing sectors.
