P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Trust,Reputation, Information Quality, Transction Safety dan Product Delivery terhadapPurchase Intention produk Wardah di Shopee. Melakukan penyebaran kuesionerkepada 260 Responden sebagai sample. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengambilansample menggunakan non- probability sampling, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dan software AMOS24. Hasil menampilkan (1) Variabel Transaction Safety tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap Trust dan tidak didukung (2) Variabel Reputation,Information Quality dan Product Delivery terdapat pengaruh terhadap Trust, (3)variabel Trust terdapat pengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. Saran (1) Penelitiselanjutnya dapat menggunakan objek lebih dari satu dan melibatkan responden tidakhanya wilayah jakarta (2) Peneliti selanjutnya dapat langsung menyebarkan kuesionerkepada responden agar mengetahui kondisi responden.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Trust, Reputation,Information Quality, Transaction Safety and Product Delivery on Purchase IntentionWardah products at Shopee. Distributing questionnaires to 154 respondents as a sample. In this study, the sampling method used non-probability sampling, usingpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are structural equationmodeling (SEM) and AMOS24 software. The results show (1) Transaction Safety have no effect on Trust and are not supported (2) Reputation, Information Quality, have aninfluence on Trust (3) Trust variables have an influence on Purchase Intention. Suggestions (1) Further researchers can use more than one object and involve respondents not only in the Jakarta area (2) Further researchers can directlydistribute questionnaires to respondents to find out the respondent's condition.
