T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dampak Healthiness, Hygiene,Quarantine, Enviromental responsibility, dan Consumer Attitude terhadapPurchase Intention pada konsumen Healthy Food Resto di masa pandemi covid 19.Rancangan penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan uji hipotesis. Data diperolehdengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada konsumen Healthy FoodResto yang pernah membeli atau mengkonsumsi produk tersebut. Jumlah sampelsebanyak 250 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalahpurposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation model(SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Healthiness,Hygiene, Quarantine, Enviromental Responsibility, Consumer Attitude terhadapPurchase Intention.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of Healthiness, Hygiene,Quarantine, Environmental responsibility, and Consumer Attitude on PurchaseIntention of Healthy food Resto consumers. Contrivate of this reaserch is hypotesistesting. Data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires to Healthy FoodResto consumers who had purchased or consumed Healthy Food Resto products.The number of samples is 250 respondents and the sampling technique used ispurposive sampling. The analytical tool used is the structural equation model(SEM). The results showed that there was a positive effect of Healthiness, Hygiene,Quarantine, Environmental Responsibility, Consumer Attitude on purchaseintention.
