Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola perusahaanterhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan dengan biaya agensi sebagai pemediasi padaperusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Variabel independen dalam penelitian iniadalah komisaris independen, direktur independen, kompensasi manajemen dankonsentrasi kepemilikan. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah keberlanjutanperusahaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang berasal dari Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakanadalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linierberganda dan uji sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) direktur independenberpengaruh positif terhadap biaya agensi, sedangkan komisaris independen, kompensasimanajemen, konsentrasi kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya agensi. (2)konsentrasi kepemilikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan,sedangkan komisaris independen, direktur independen dan kompensasi manajemen tidakberpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan. (3) Biaya agensi berpengaruh positifterhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan. (4) Adanya pengaruh tidak langsung DirekturIndependen terhadap Keberlanjutan Perusahaan melalui biaya agensi, sedangkankomisaris independen, kompensasi manajemen tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsungterhadap kebelanjutan perusahaan melalui biaya agensi

T This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance on corporatesustainability with agency costs as a mediating in consumer goods companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This study uses secondary data.The independent variables in this study are independent commissioners, independentdirectors, management compensation and ownership concentration. The dependentvariable used is the company's sustainability. The research data was obtained from theannual report from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The samplingtechnique used is purposive sampling. This research uses multiple linear regressionanalysis method and Sobel test. The results of this study are (1) independent directorshave a positive effect on agency costs, while independent commissioners, managementcompensation, ownership concentration have no effect on agency costs. (2) ownershipconcentration has a positive effect on company sustainability, while independentcommissioners, independent directors and management compensation have no effect oncompany sustainability. (3) Agency costs have a positive effect on company sustainability.(4) Independent directors are able to mediate the relationship between corporategovernance and corporate sustainability, while independent commissioners, managementcompensation, ownership concentration are not able to mediate the relationship betweencorporate governance and corporate sustainability.
