P Penerapan konsep sustainability merupakan suatu perhatian yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan industri manufaktur, dimana perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. PT. Sanoh Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi komponen brazing, metal tubing dan plastik tubing dengan segmen pasar yang digunakan adalah pasar nasional dan pasar global. Permasalahan perusahaan adalah belum adanya dilakukan penelitian pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode sustainable balanced scorecard yang memungkinkan adanya permasalahan pada tiga pilar yaitu lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi perusahaan, selain itu adanya penurunan nilai key performance indicator pada tahun 2020 dan tidak tercapainya target produksi tahun 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja menggunakan Sustainable Balance Scorecard. Metode Penelitian dengan pendekatan sustainable balanced scorecrad terdiri dari 5 perspektif yaitu financial, stakeholder/customer, internal business process, learning and growth serta sustainability. Pengambilan dan pengolahan data terdiri dari Internal Factor Evaluation menggunakan analisa Value Chain dan External Factor Evaluation menggunakan analisa Porter Five Forces. Berdasarkan perhitungan Internal-External Matrix diketahui bahwa posisi perusahaan berada pada peringkat 1 yaitu pertumbuhan. Perusahaan melakukan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan 28 indikator sebagai tolok ukur tujuan strategis pada setiap perspektif. Penilaian bobot dilakukan dengan pendapat 2 responden di perusahaan menggunakan metode Pairwise Comparison. Kinerja perspektif financial diperoleh nilai sebesar 4.37 dan bobot 0.33, perspektif stakeholder/customer diperoleh nilai sebesar 4.71 dan bobot 0.13, perspektif internal business process diperoleh nilai sebesar 4.83 dan bobot 0.057, perspektif learning and growth diperoleh nilai 4.17 dan bobot 0.157 serta perspektif sustainability diperoleh nilai sebesar 5 dan bobot 0.33. Total nilai pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode sustainability balanced scorecard adalah 4.6 yang artinya pengukuran kinerja perusahaan sangat baik. Perusahaan masih perlu meningkatkan kinerja sustainability dan usulan perbaikan ditekankan kepada perspektif financial dan perspektif learning and growth.

The company's problem is that there is no research on performance measurement using the sustainable balanced scorecard method which allows for problems in the three pillars, namely the company's environmental, social and economic aspects, in addition to the decline in the value of key performance indicators in 2020 and the failure to achieve production targets in 2020. of this research is to design a performance measurement system using the Sustainable Balance Scorecard. The research method with a sustainable balanced scorecrad approach consists of 5 perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth and sustainability. Data collection and processing consisted of Internal Factor Evaluation using Value Chain analysis and External Factor Evaluation using Porter Five Forces analysis. Based on the calculation of the Internal-External Matrix, it is known that the company's position is at rank 1, namely growth. The company measures performance using 28 indicators as a benchmark for strategic objectives in each perspective. The weight assessment is carried out with the opinions of 2 respondents in the company using the Pairwise Comparison method. The financial perspective performance obtained a value of 4.37 and a weight of 0.33, a stakeholder/customer perspective obtained a value of 4.71 and a weight of 0.13, an internal business process perspective obtained a value of 4.83 and a weight of 0.057, a learning and growth perspective obtained a value of 4.17 and a weight of 0.157 and a sustainability perspective obtained a value of of 5 and a weight of 0.33. The total value of performance measurement using the sustainability balanced scorecard method is 4.6, which means that the company's performance measurement is very good. The company still needs to improve its sustainability performance and the proposed improvement is emphasized on the financial perspective and the learning and growth perspective.
