P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh ResponSistem Operasi, Respon Jaringan Pemasok, Respon Proses Logistik terhadap Pengembangan Pelanggan PT. Mega Lifescinces Indonesia pada PT. Mega Lifesciences Indonesia Jumlah responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria adalah 180 orang karyawan PT.Mega Lifesinces Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitumenggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan ke masing-masing karyawan. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengansoftware SPSS dan AMOS.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pada Respon Sistem Operasi terhadap Respon Proses Logistik, Terdapat Pengaruh Respon Jaringan Pemasok terhadap Respon Proses Logistik, Terdapat Pengaruh Respon Sistem Operasi terhadap Pengembangan Konsumen, Terdapat Pengaruh Respon Jaringan Pemasok terhadap Pengembangan Konsumen, dan Terdapat pengaruh Respon Proses Logistik terhadap Pengembangan Konsumen.

T This study aims to test and analyze The Effect of Operations SystemResponsiveness, Supplier Network Responsiveness, Logistics Process Responsiveness to Customer Development PT. Mega Lifescinces Indonesia . The number of respondents obtained according to the criteria is 180 employees of PT. Mega Lifesciences Indonesia.The data collection method used is using a questionnaire addressed to each employee.Then in analyzing the data using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method withSPSS and AMOS software.The results of this study conclude that there is a positive influence on Operating SystemResponse to Logistics Process Response, There is an Effect of Supplier NetworkResponse on Logistics Process Response, There is an Effect of Operating SystemResponse on Consumer Development, There is an Effect of Supplier Network Responseon Consumer Development, and There is an effect of Process Response Logistics onConsumer Development.
