P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Leader-Member Exchange, Job Satisfaction, dan Work Engagement terhadapOrganizational Commitment. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan membagikan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodepengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhanadengan software SPSS versi 25. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 60 karyawanPT.Sungai Berlian Group, Samarinda dengan menggunakan metode Sensus. Hasil ujihipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif PerceivedOrganizational Support terhadap Organizational Commitment, tidak terdapat pengaruhpositif Leader-Member Exchange terhadap Organizational Commitment, terdapatpengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Commitment dan terdapatpengaruh positif Work Engagement terhadap Organizational Commitment. Dari hasilpenelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer perusahaan agarmemperhatikan Perceived Organizational Support, Leader-Member Exchange, JobSatisfaction dan Work Engagement yang dapat meningkatkan OrganizationalCommitment.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Leader-Member Exchange, Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement on OrganizationalCommitment. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing onlinequestionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing usingsimple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. The data in this study werecollected from 60 employees of PT.Sungai Berlian Group, Samarinda using the Censusmethod. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positiveinfluence of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Commitment, there isno positive influence of Leader-Member Exchange on Organizational Commitment, thereis a positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, and there is apositive influence of Work Engagement on Organizational Commitment. The results ofthis study are expected to provide input for company managers to pay attention toPerceived Organizational Support, Leader-member Exchange, Job Satisfaction, andWork Engagement which can increase Organizational Commitment
